 Actually, he gets stuck in the device. Not the violated woman.  Otherwise once the woman put it in herself she would never be able to take it out. The device comes out of the woman but stays on the man.  Think of it like a very painful piece of evidence.  When he goes to get it off then the hospital/clinic will know. Do you understand now?
